Documents
Each retailer varies in detail, but the sequence is the same. Missing or mismatched documents are what triggers a deduction.
Labels & routing
Carton and pallet labels generated to specification, with placement and scan quality checked before dispatch.
Carton marking, appointment scheduling, carrier selection, and delivery windows followed as published per retailer.
Pallet grade, stack pattern, height, and wrap verified against the guide before the truck is loaded.
Dispatch planned backwards from the required arrival date. On-time in-full depends on complete shipments, not fast ones.
Late delivery, unreadable labels, ASN mismatches, and pallet errors account for most deductions. Each has a pre-dispatch check.
Shipment and document records retained so vendor scorecard disputes can be answered with evidence.

Positioning
We operate to each retailer’s published routing guide requirements. We do not describe ourselves as an official or certified partner of any retailer, and we will not put that language on a page until it is verifiable.
