On August 1, 2019, President Trump announced that he will impose 10 percent additional duties on the new $300 billion worth of Chinese goods (List 4 goods) starting September 1, 2019.   These items essentially covers all products that are not already paying the additional 25% tariffs. These new items (List 4 goods) includes all apparel, footwear, and manufactured textile products.
